Stacey Long

Meet Stacey:

When Stacey thinks back to where yoga began for her, she am surprised to have memories way back before she was conscious of her thoughts or had awoken, somehow she would find herself in a random hall inconsistently practicing yoga, not really understanding it at all , just knowing it felt like she’d had such deep rest when she walked out the door.

After a few life changing events and a confronting awakening , breakdown… breakthrough … whatever you want to call it, Stacey began to learn tools to help her regulate her nervous system, to care and love for herself.

Self love became especially important to Stacey since becoming a mother, knowing if her ship sank, this would ripple out and effect her daughter. The love for her daughter kickstarted the love she eventually found for herself.

Soon, Stacey completely nerded out on all things self help from pranayama, the breath, the power of positive affirmations, practicing gratitude, manifestation and a deep love for all things woo woo. When she learnt about all of these available FREE tools, she felt like the rest of the world needed to know too.

So she began sharing yoga with children, and felt a deep fire in her belly for all humans to remember their power and to always remember these tools and not lose them on the journey into adulthood. Stacey has recently stepped into sharing yoga with adults after completing her YTT 200 hours with Zenko and feels honoured to be apart of the Zenko team and to be apart of such a warm community.

Laurens's Story

A Legacy of Love

Lauren discovered yoga while running a PR agency in Melbourne. It awakened her soul and changed her path forever. She went from student to full-time teacher in just months, eventually opening multiple studios across Australia and launching A Live Yogi—the country’s first live online yoga platform.

As a speaker, teacher, and community leader, Lauren inspired thousands. Her mission was simple but powerful: for everyone to experience the life-changing benefits of yoga. For her, yoga wasn’t something you do—it was something you are. Like water, it becomes essential to life.

Lauren’s life was marked by authenticity, joy, and a deep sense of service. In 2022, shortly after giving birth to her daughter Lucinda, Lauren tragically passed away due to a rare complication. Her spirit lives on through her daughters, her husband Ryan, and the Zenko community she so lovingly built.

Her dream was to help every person uncover their purpose and live fully, courageously, and with heart. Zenko Yoga continues this mission—helping you connect with your true self, one breath at a time.
